1. Shipping Methods & Logistics Tiers
We offer two distinct delivery options at checkout to match your operational schedule:
Option A: Standard Guaranteed DDP (5–12 Business Days) — Recommended
All-Inclusive Duties & Taxes: Customs clearance fees, import tariffs, and taxes are 100% managed and covered by korea-derma.com.
Zero Customs Friction: Guaranteed door-to-door delivery with no unexpected customs invoices, broker fees, or import clearance paperwork for the buyer.
Full Delivery Protection: Includes our full reshipment guarantee in the event of customs holds or transit loss.
Option B: Priority Express FedEx (3–5 Business Days)
Expedited Courier Speed: Direct priority air freight via FedEx Express for urgent clinic inventory needs.
Buyer Import Responsibility (DDU/DAP): The buyer assumes responsibility for standard US customs clearance procedures, state tariffs, import duties, or regulatory documentation required by destination border authorities.
2. Cold-Chain Packaging & Temperature Preservation
